Contact us

If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be transmitted to us in encrypted form and stored by us for 24 months for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

If the contact leads to a business relationship with our company or if you contact us as an existing customer via one of our websites, the corresponding data will be stored for the duration of the statutory minimum retention period (7 years).

In order to ensure that the messages we receive via our contact form also come from real people and not from spambots, we have a so-called reCAPTCHA from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, integrated. Using this tool, Google can determine your IP address and, if you are logged in with your Google account, assign it to your profile. How Google uses this data and whether and for how long it stores it is beyond our knowledge. If you do not want Google to receive information about your surfing behavior in this way, you can alternatively send us your request by email office@iphos.com send. data storage

We store the data required for contract processing in our Access database and our CRM on servers in Vienna (Austria): Company name, address, telephone, fax, e-mail, UID, website, name and position of contact persons. The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. There is no data transfer to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of data to tax consultants to fulfill our tax obligations.

If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax retention period (this is 7 years).

Cookie policy

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do no harm.

We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable our website to recognize your browser on your next visit.

If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

Outsourced data processing

We have concluded an order data processing contract with Google.

IP anonymization

We use the "Activation of IP anonymization" function on this website. As a result, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before it is transmitted to their server. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and then shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

The relationship with the web analytics provider Google Inc. is based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission, the "Privacy Shield".

Data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymized (IP anonymization when data is collected via Google Analytics).

The anonymized user data is kept for a period of 50 months. 

Social media cookies

We use social media plugins on our site to recommend and share articles on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and XING. We use a two-stage process for this. Data is only transferred to third parties when users click on one of the icons displayed in the social media bar. Iphos IT Solutions has neither influence on the cookies set by Facebook, Twitter and Co. nor access to them.

Google Fonts

For the uniform and attractive presentation of our online offers, our website uses so-called web fonts, fonts that are provided online by Google. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

When you call up one of our pages, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache so that the text and fonts can be displayed correctly.

To do this, however, it is necessary for the browser you are using to connect to the Google servers. This means that Google is informed that our website has been accessed from your IP address. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.

Embedded YouTube videos

On some pages we use the option of embedding YouTube videos in our content. For these videos we have activated the extended data protection mode. As soon as you click play, you activate the content hosted on Google servers, which gives Google knowledge of your IP address and the website on which you clicked the link. If you are logged into your personal Google account at the same time, Google can assign this information to your profile.

If you want to avoid this, log out of your Google account. Of course you can also copy the URL of the video and open it in a separate browser window if you want to avoid your IP address being associated with your visit to our website by Google.

Your rights

In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the data protection authority.
