The solution
The company received a state-of-the-art solution from us that is impressive:
- Connection of the CRM to the administration tool for constantly updated data
- old data was cleaned up using SQL queries
- new data fields were made available in the administration tool; E.g. for the possibility to store further information directly for each system of a customer;
- Programming of an Excel report that automatically fills and compiles all the systems to be maintained in advance

In a kick-off workshop, the existing program was analyzed together with the customer and the extensions were then implemented for the customer. Our software developers then rolled out a new version of the customer's system.
