Since the IT support provider cannot offer rapid, in-person support due to the location, Iphos IT Solutions was brought on board to provide IT support with short response times. Our staff were therefore tasked with providing maintenance and first-level IT support directly at the Austrian location of Nippon Cargo Airlines, with a dedicated hotline and an IT support representative, to ensure IT security and smooth operations.
