The Company
The HYPO NOE Group is one of the largest state banks in Austria. It was founded in 1888 as the Niederösterreichische Landes-Hypothekenbank and can therefore look back on a long tradition and experience in the banking and financial sector. After a partial privatization in 1996, the banking group has again been 2007% owned by the province of Lower Austria since 100.
The task
The aim of this SEO consulting project was to give the HYPO NOE Group an overview of the current status of their website in terms of ranking on Google and possible optimization potential using an independent external view.
With a view to a future relaunch of the website, the analysis should focus on a detailed evaluation of access to both HYPO NOE sites.
The solution
The Iphos e-marketing specialists carried out an in-depth analysis and provided the following services for the HYPO NOE Group:
- Comprehensive analysis of access to the two websites hyponoe.at and hypolandesbank.at via etracker
- Analysis of the level of search engine optimization (SEO) of the website (technical and content optimization, ...)
- Individual search engine range measurement / SEO check based on a product-specific keyword set
- Workshop with presentation of the results of the analyses
The results
The Iphos e-marketing team carried out several analyzes in advance and checked the HYPO NOE Group's websites for their optimization status for search engines. An important aspect regarding a future relaunch of the site was a detailed analysis of website hits via etracker (visitors, origin, technical details, content performance,...). In addition, a keyword set (list of frequently requested search terms) geared to the products offered in Austria was created and the ranking of the HYPO NOE Group websites was determined for these search terms on Google Austria.
As part of an in-house workshop lasting several hours, the approximately 45-page report was handed over and the access analyzes and ranking results that were carried out were discussed. Questions about current search engine optimization (SEO) practices were also answered on this occasion.
